Our operational areas:

The pre-screened wastewater is pumped to the Equalization Tanks , the purpose of which is to dampen and equalize process water concentration variations in the still effluent.

Equalization Tanks

This treatment includes different units such as coagulation, flocculation and gravity settling to remove residual suspended solids and colloid solids (i.e., colour compounds and organics). A polymer addition system is provided for adding polymer to the Flocculator zone as needed.

Primary Treatment

The biological treatment approach is a Continuous Flow Integral Clarifier Activated Sludge System (CFICASS), which is an advanced form of conventional activated sludge.

Secondary Treatment

The equipment to be used for dewatering consists of a Belt Filter Press with an integral Screw Thickener.

Sludge Dewatering System

The dewatered cake is to be stored and dried in the Sludge Storage Shed, prior to final disposal. It dries the sludge moisture from 80% to less than 10%.

NTIEM has its own state-of-art laboratory, located inside the premises of CETP for the immediate and efficient analysis of all the parameters, on daily basis.

Narol Textile Infrastructure & Enviro Management was incorporated on 25th March 2010 as a company. The Company is engaged in providing treatment services for textile mill processors. This CETP caters to as many as 127 individual textile Processors which are mainly engaged in the processing of cotton and blended fabrics, denims and synthetic textiles.

These units are spread over an area about 500 hectares in and around Narol, Shahwadi, Isanpur and Piplaj area in Ahmedabad district within the state of Gujarat. Between them, the members of Narol Textile Cluster process about 2,800 million meters of fabric every year, generating total revenues in excess of INR 25 billion. The exports from this cluster cater to several regions such as Europe, the United State of America (USA), Middle East, China, Thailand, turkey, Brazil, etc. The company directly indirectly employs around 1,40,000 persons in the region.
